Translate Several PDF, Protect Your Information And More....Friday 13th of May 2011 01:39:41 PM
Hello friends,
One day tropece with the need to translate a PDF document from English to Spanish, not because NO SUPIERA English, but to facilitate my life read 40 articles in 2 days is thing crazy, then I started to search on the internet and not renegotiations no technique more viable to save time.
This problem is very common, especially for people who do not know English or another language, I now present my solution and I hope you find it useful, because we not only translate a PDF file, but will learn a:
-Protect our information on the Internet.
-Have access to it from anywhere in the world (with internet access).
-Translate many pdf without the need for extra tools more than DropBox and Google Translator Online.
-No need to carry a USB because everything is on the internet.
- And more importantly, gain time...
Let's start!
Requirements:
-Internet connection.
-15.5 megs of space on disk (3 MP3 songs)
Steps:
We will use one of the most known and free services to host our files on the (Internet) so, this service is called DropBox allows us to store and sync files online and between computer, share folders and files with others (public folder ohhhhh!).
1. Sign into
Advise them that they see the explanatory video to learn more about DropBox.
2. Select Download Dropbox for Windows, Linux or MAC, even for Mobiles!
3. CherryCasino of download, install DropBox on your computer.
4 Note: While you install DropBox, ask it to create a folder in the directory of your PC to synchronize your information over the internet and the rest of computers where you install DropBox,-do not forget to place it in a place visible and easy to locate.
5. Now, create a DropBox account which will give you 2.25 Gb free to upload files to the Web, if you need of more space, you will have to pay a little more.
6. When you have everything configured and installed, enter the folder in dropbox that you created in step 4.
7 Will see the following structure, this may be in English or Spanish.
-Office
-Photos
-Public

8 Enter the Public or public Publicfolder.
9 Copy a PDF or Word (.doc) file in English or another language in the folder Public.
10. In the Windows task bar, Linux, or Mac displayed the logo of DropBox, do right click and select the option of Launch DropBox website. Important: check if you have access to the internet.
11 Open DropBox on your browser, you will be asked again our data (username and password), enter and we accept.
12. Now have access to all your documents from the internet: or! (if you have copies documents to the folder on DropBox that you created in step 4).
13 Click on the Public or public folder, you can now see your PDF file to be translated.
14 Above your PDF or Word file, right click and select the option: Copy public link or copy public link.
15 Open another tab in your browser, copy the link, this link is already public, and you can share it with your friends or co-workers.
16. In another tab, ingressa to the Google translation tool .
17 Search option: translate a web page and copy the public address of the file.
18 Select language origin and language to which we translate and translate!
Ready, we have the translated PDF file.
To translate other files, just enough to repeat from step 9, you can copy many files at the same time!
