In 1966, CBS Television invited some of the largest North American Bluesman artists to gather at a Studio in Toronto. The artists were together and individually in sessions that lasted three days. The result was originally televised as part of the CBS Festival series, but now, more than 30 years later, videotape of the meeting have been found, restored and re-released on DVD. masters Blues brings among others Willie Dixon and James Cotton in rare performances to a new generation.
