Bersuit is an Argentine band , which became notable in the late 1990s to unite this genre with Latin American rhythms - like cumbia, tango, chacarera or candombe - and lyrics loaded with criticism of the political system and society.
Their most famous lineup was formed by: Gustavo Cordera (vocals), Juan Carlos Subirà (keyboards, accordion, vocals), Carlos Martín (drums and percussion), Oscar Humberto Righi (guitar), Pepe Céspedes (bass and vocals), Daniel Suárez (vocals), Alberto Verenzuela (guitar), and Germán "cóndor" Sbarbatti (voice, chorus and charango); previous formations also involved Charly Bianco (guitar and vocals), Ruben Sadrinas (vocals) and Marcela Chediak (percussion).
