It was birthday number 26 Stevie ray and his wife who years ago was conocerian at a halloween party, was not that give her to her husband. While wandering in the streets she realized the existence of a striking guitar in a shop window of a store of commitment, initially the valia guitar $350 dollars... no think again "Lenny" buy what would be one of the more treasures of .
/ > This a Fender Stratocaster of the 69' with mast in "Rosewood" (Rosewood) and finish "Sunburst" in 3 colors that due to the passage of time was running in a finished natural Brown, was practically a relic, but something was wrong with this guitar; their microphones were virtually useless and his neck was fully rotten, non moisture, then is when "Lenny" replaces the microphones from guitar colocandole about "fender strat vintage" which I gift him his brother Jimmie.

Taking the guitar almost ready, please contact one of the more close friends of Stevie, nothing more and nothing less than the guitarist and vocalist of ZZ Top Billy Gibbons, who very kindly gave her and install a new neck in Maple which stevie was not accustomed, but which in the future gave many fruits, Finally the day that "Lenny" gave this guitar to her husband, he was already surprised than ever before anyone you had given a very special gift. Shortly after with his new guitar Stevie made some modifications the style as hitting their famous "SRV" opening to his guitar in addition to give his famous "burnt" cigarette in the headstock.
Something that characterized much this guitar was a casual but strange incrustacion under the bridge of the guitar shaped like a vine similar to some mandolins in the 20th century.
"Lenny" with its characteristic signature "SRV" something that identifies all the guitars of Stevie Ray Vaughan
